 The Management required ALL Check-in customers to produce valid identification / passport upon registration.All prices include GST.All prices include bed linen for Dormitory and to be returned at check-out time.Check-out time before 9:00am. A late check-out fee will apply after 10:00am.A deposit equivalent to one night accommodation will be required for advance booking.No refund on cancellation of room booked.No refund on unused accommodation paid if checking out early.No make-up numbers for individual room booked.Full rate will apply on duration of room reserved.No guarantee on room extension, this will depend on its availability.No visitors are allowed in this premise at all times.For extension on stay, prior arrangement its required.Drugs, fights and vandalism are prohibited in this premise. Anyone found will be handed over to the police.The Management reserve the rights to reject or remove anyone who do not follow the above terms, conditions and instructions.
