You have given us really nice and comfortable accommodation to us. There are too many kind people in your Backpackers. We must say that Haystreet Backpackers is the best in Australia. We could do nothing much but just want to express our appreciation and kindness to you. We will never forget you.

我昨天刚刚从澳洲回 来，Haystreet温爸真的是超级棒的motel,我和朋友们在那儿呆了7天， 完全被两位老板和每一位工作人员认真和贴心的服务所感动。满眼看到的全是工作人员善意的微笑，房间里有空调和24小时的热水，环境安静、干净又舒适。永安给我们安排的导 游和司机都是一级棒的，导游小翁在各个景点都会一直陪我们参观并认真讲解，给我们讲了很多很多神话故事，经验证，跟国家博物馆里播放的神话传说完全一样； 司机Mr.Neang像个神奇的魔术师，总会在我们从景点参观完回到车里的前几分钟提前把车里的空调打开，总会神不知鬼不觉的把车里打扫的干干净净；一切都很难忘，希望Haystreet温爸的每一个人的都幸福平安。

在Haystreet温爸住 了四晚，总体感觉十分满意，干净是我们在外住宿很注意的一项，Haystreet温爸没有让我们失望。免费的自助早餐也足够吃了。服务人员都很热情的 :)

We came as a group of six and stayed here for the whole week. Everything was just perfect: The nice smiles, the excellent service, the clean rooms and etc. We started to miss the hotel immediately after we boarded the jetstar plane. The front desk people discussed a lot among us because of their unforgettably nice smiles. This is the place I am gonna miss most of all the motels I've ever stayed in.

Hay Street Backpackers is one of the best stay I have ever been to. Met gorgeous people who were like a family to me as everybody took care of everybody – with respect. I will miss the laid-back atmosphere, the big screen, the laughs. But it’s still a positive experience stuck in my head! Thx to the boss, and the manager Mr. Lim! I appreciate your kindness!

This was my first backpacking experience and I feel lucky that I have had such a friendly, efficient, positive first experience. It has served my needs when I needed it most. Thanks for all of the staff for everything they have done to make it what it was; a hassle free friendly time in Hay Street. I will not hesitate to recommend you to others.

Thanks for having such a great hostel. A true home thousands of miles from home. Mr. Lim is fantastic always helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We will miss everyone. Hope to be back again soon. Hay Street rocks!! Cheers.

What can we say? The most homely hostel we have found, great staff, great atmosphere, and the greatest group of people we have had the pleasure to meet. Thanks to everyone for making this time in Hay Street so memorable. Hope Xmas and New Year is fantastic for everyone.
